Who We Are
A Journey Home Dog Rescue is a 501(C)3 all-volunteer dog rescue based in Oswego, Illinois. We rescue, provide care and find homes for dogs from overcrowded shelters. We do not have a physical shelter; our rescues get the unique opportunity of being placed directly in the homes of foster volunteers.

Foster
Because we do not have a physical shelter having designated foster homes on standby is a must. Find out how rewarding it can be!
Foster to Adopt
Think of it as a trial period to find your furever friend. A great opportunity to see if your foster dog is the perfect fit for your family.
