How to Foster or Adopt

We Need Fosters!

Because we are a shelterless rescue, we depend heavily on foster volunteers to give our rescue dogs a temporary loving home.

If you are not able to keep a pup forever but still want to help, fostering is the perfect opportunity to make a difference!

Fostering requires patience, understanding and lots of love. It can be hard but it’s the MOST rewarding work.

Foster To Adopt

Fostering to adopt is the best way to see if your rescue is the perfect fit. You are providing the dog a home while they wait for their furever family, which may be you!

Fostering to adopt gives you the opportunity to get to know a pup and how they fit in with your lifestyle, family and home before deciding to keep them forever.

Adoption

If you are interested in adopting, click on the button below to take you directly to the application. If your application is considered, you will be contacted by an adoption coordinator who will conduct a phone interview. Finally, approval will be granted following a successful meet and greet with the entire family.

The adoption fee varies by the age of the dog and is payable by cash or check.

Fee includes:

  • Spay/neuter

  • Age appropriate vaccinations

  • Fecal testing, deworming

  • Flea and tick preventative

  • A free vet visit at one of our participating clinics

  • Micro-chipping

First-time pet owners will be required to sign up for a puppy/training class at a place of their choice. There will be an additional $100 added to your adoption fee that will be refunded to you upon proof that the class was completed.

MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER TO APPLY!
